We allow up to 30 days from date of delivery to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless we have erred (we've sent you the wrong item).
Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel you're returning.
We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.
Icebrooks items must be returned by mail.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 30 working days from the date of your delivery.
Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code.
Klarna returns are processed inline with our returns policy.
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
